What does Managed mean?

Our Standard Hosting accounts come with full support for everything you might expect. We keep your site running smoothly and work to resolve any issues you might have with the system software, including cPanel, PHP, MySQL, webmail, the email servers, and so on. This is comparable to the type of hosting you might find elsewhere.

The Managed Hosting plans take this one step further. We find that a lot of clients have someone else setup their website for them and have a hard time using tools like FTP and the cPanel, or need extra help configuring their email accounts. This plan covers all of that and more. You don't need to use the control panel at all—just email us and your request will be taken care of.

We also include "limited" application support for your third-party installed software. We say "limited" because we can't realistically support everything that might be on the server, but we will go the extra mile to get you help when you need it. If a maintanence task takes more than an hour, we'll give you an estimate at our hourly rate. This is also the standard option for clients we design websites for.

Fully Scalable

The vast majority of our clients do not use all the resources available to them with a Standard Hosting. If you're special, don't worry—we've got you covered. You can upgrade your disk space and RAM at any time, or scale up to a VPS or even a dedicated server with very little downtime.
